How do you keep yourself in shape when you travel?

You don’t exercise when you’re in overseas.
You don’t eat fruits and vegetables when you’re in overseas.
You obviously don’t think about dieting or losing weight when you’re in overseas.

So after your holiday, you stepped on the weighing scale and go, AHHHH SHITTTTT HOW THE F I GAIN SO MUCH WEIGHT!?

so how should u deal with this? i don’t expect one to gain nothing when they go for holidays because it’s suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable. but the least you can do is to prevent yourself from gaining up to 3-5kgs. i’ve got friends who gain 5kgs going to hongkong, i think the food there must be too delicious. and i myself gain up to 3kgs when i go to malacca and even phuket!

so this are some of the tips i thought would help, no harm trying! you will feel better during the trip and after coming back also 😀

1: Drink more water, keep yourself hydrated. this would curb cravings as well.

2: JUST EAT! but share with your friends/partners. if possible, try to find fruits or fruit juice, and eat more vegetables.

3: Always remember to eat 70-80% full.

4: walk more!

5: abit of exercise is always better than nothing. squats, crunches, and leg lifts in your hotel! it doesn’t take up too much of your time!

MOST IMPORTANTLY, MOVE AND WALK MORE!

Balanced nutrition is important, you don’t want to come back feeling fat and having BAD SKIN!
