Are you having WATER RETENTION?
Before i go on, do you know what is water retention? *i really hate it*
Basically, water retention caused one to put on weight, looked puffy (face) and bloated, and the most common signs are swollen thighs, knees and ankles.
In general, the common causes of water retention are consuming too much salted food, and not drinking enough water (we should aim to drink at least 2litres of water everyday) and of course there are also other medical problems that lead to this.
I said before water is important, indeed very, it helps to flush out the toxins and waste in your body and also helps in functioning your metabolism effectively. The lack of water in your body can even cause you to look bloated and ‘fatter’.
So in order to get rid of water retention, you should
1. DRINK MORE WATER
2. AVOID salty food, eat more food with fibre
3. Sweat it out with Exercise
