Stairs climbing is one of the easiest way to burn calories!
Worry that it will make your calves big? no it wont. instead it will slim your calves and tone it!
Start climbing now and burn off some fats!
To be honest, I am not a fan of stairs, but I make sure I climb from 2nd to 12th floor after i finished my dinner 🙂
NOTE: do not diet, eat healthily and exercise moderately is the key!
