too lazy go down to buy lunch and also, im saving $

BREAKFAST
2wholemeal bread with abit of kaya, meiji milk

LUNCH
apple, 2wholemeal bread with laughing cow cheese :

DINNER?

CONCLUSION
total failure on sunday, too much food. further away from target already. but sometimes i need this kind of boost to help me run further. i feel so flabby!

should i focus on distance or timing? liao eh..
need to be healthy, 1moremthleftliaojialat!
