How to lose weight Article P5: A healthier subway!

Let’s talk about Subway this week, a weight loss post on a Public Holiday, doesnt sound too bad right? hehe. that shows how hardworking I am, okay cut the crap! lets go back to today’s topic. (and pls read on, becos at the end of this post, there’s a surprise for you guys! :))

How do I have my subway in a healthier way?
People all think that subway is definitely that healthy choice! But to me, it’s not when you chose the wrong combi!

So what do I always order?

FIRST: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ORDER SUBS THAT ARE UNDER 6G OF FATS, choose wheat or honey oat bread (imo)
SECOND: FROM THE ABOVE CHOICES, eliminate the processed ones! and usually I will eliminate the ‘ham’ and subway club!
THIRD: THE MORE THE VEGGIES THE BETTER
FORTH: CHOOSE THE RIGHT SAUCE! The sauce is going to kill you if you’re not careful! Choose the non-fat ones or low fat ones, e.g honey mustard, sweet onion, red wine and blabla (if i remb correctly)
LAST: SKIP THE COOKIES!!!!!!!!!!

To be honest, 90% of the time, I wanted to order veggie delite. But it’s sucha waste of money! Then I will order roasted chicken breast sub! Chicken breast sub is another one of my all time fav sub because it’s a good mixture of protein, good fats and healthy carbs which keep me healthy, happy and fat-free πŸ˜€

Make the right choice and lose weight healthily πŸ˜€
