And then I realized it’s hard, very hard for one to control themselves when they go overseas!
Hard for you, hard for her, hard for him, hard for EVERYONE and even for me!

Of course it would be hard if the country that you’re visiting is your first time, but what if you’ve been to this country for like more than 3times?
I’ve been to MALACCA FOR more than 3times! And every single time I go, I just wanna spend all the money on food and nothing else. I mean, what can you spend there, other than FOOD?
So I decided to change my mindset,
new slogan: EAT LIKE A MAD PIG WHEN YOU ARE OVERSEAS!
HEHE, okay im just kidding, eat whatever you want and not mad and crazy please..
Still, I stressed on being 80% full! Drink lots of water, because water helps to flush your toxins out.
If you come back gaining weight, THEN this is when you should work it off!

I got readers asking why I only recommend Brisk walking, i got blog abt it before eh 🙁
& Cut down on heavy food (oily,fatty,snacks,high in salt and sugar)
I’m not sure if my method works for you but.
If I eat heavy food for 4days (overseas), I will eat lighter for 4days after that, and I will feel lighter and more refreshing! You can try if you want 😛
Also apply locally! If you go for buffet today, maybe you wanna try eating light for tomorrow, maybe one more day? The day after? :p

the heavier you are, the easier you can lose weight! it’s better if you lose about average one pound a week 🙂
