[weightloss] DIET? BE SMART, THINK TWICE.

YOU HAVE TO READ THIS POST.

Everyone is so hooked on to dieting that it becomes an addiction.
I feel like scolding this people @#$%^&* but no, i won’t.
Yes you can go on diet, BUT THE LOWEST YOU CAN GO IS 1200CALORIES. if you dono how to count calories you can google it, or you can ask me, i try to find for you.

Okay, FIRST, i know dieting feels good, it reduced your weight, makes you feel lighter and good, stomach flatter, arms and thighs smaller and many many more that I cant think of any right now. -.-

You diet because you want fast weight loss.
You diet because you want to be slim like your friend.
You diet because you envy OTHERS.
You diet because you want to wear smaller sized clothes.
You diet because you like this guy/girl.
You diet because people teased about your weight.
You diet because you’re sick of feeling your FATS.
You diet because you want people to witness your weightloss? and GO WOW YOU LOSE WEIGHT! okay rubbish this category are too extreme.

FATS is the keyword here, YOU DIET SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU WANT TO REMOVE THE UGLY FATS, RIGHT? AM I NOT RIGHT? Yes I’m right.

You think diet can remove them entirely?
You think diet can make you slim for life? OKAY LA some people special case!
You think diet is good for you?

So you think diet can make you feel more confident and pretty, I SEE I SEE.
when you have significant hairloss, PRETTY? CONFIDENT?
when you look so lethargic and pale, RADIANT? CONFIDENT?
when you look malnutritioned, CONFIDENT?
when you start to have bad breath and bleeding teeth? PRETTY?

i dun see how this few points can make you happy leh.. -.-
FACE THE REALITY PEOPLE, once you start dieting you know you will diet for life.
why? simple, once you start dieting, you lose weight, once you stop dieting, you gain weight, SO EASY JUST LIKE 1+1=2

instead of always eating less den suddenly binge, and vice versa, why don’t you eat in moderate amount and have a steady weight loss?

aren’t you tired of seeing the digits on your weighing scale, jumping up and down? When it’s down, you go phew yay i did it. when it goes up, you go shit, i need to diet!

this cycle will never stop! not only you need to continue this shit for life, you screw your metabolism.
IF YOU SCREW YOUR METABOLISM, YOU PREPARE TO SEE YOURSELF WITH FAT AND SAGGY ARMS, STOMACH, LEGS IN FUTURE.

now i ask you, you feel envy right? when you see people eat alot and never gain weight? You wished you were like them? i was at that stage too! they can eat and eat and never gain weight because they got high metabolism.

Once you diet, you are actually slowing your metabolism rate, you gain weight easily i tell you, im not kidding.

eh be smarter, THINK LOGICALLY. u diet lose 5kg, you eat back gain 5kg, u diet lose 5kg, you eat back gain 5kg. IN THE END YOU GAIN AND LOSE NOTHING RIGHT? YOU MIGHT AS WELL CONTINUE EATING NORMALLY? (im not angry im not :))

If you eat normally, and cut abit, EAT HEALTHIER ABIT, JUST ABIT, you will be able to see a difference. WHY RISK BINGEING AFTER DIETING? when you have a balanced meal, you got the right nutrition, you will not have craving. If you diet, YOU HAVE ALOT OF CRAVINGs which lead you to binge afterwards.

SO NOW I’M TELLING YOU don’t diet. LOWEST YOU CAN GO IS 1200CALORIES. 1200 CALORIES 1200 CALORIES 1200 CALORIES. UNDERSTAND OR NOT!?

DIET IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME, INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME ON DIETING, FEELING DEPRESSED AND DEPRIVED, YOU EAT NORMAL (cut down on snacks and etc) AND EXERCISE. A LIL BIT OF EXERCISE IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. I already told you people to brisk walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think after all the best way to lose weight is exercise more! Hahaha!

    but how much is 1200calories? @_@

      exercise more may not be a gd thing!! lol..
      1200calories is about 300-400calories every meal
      for example a bowl of rice alrdy 250calories, so probably you want to eat half only?
      2wholemeal bread is about 120calories so you can put more veggies and one boiled eggs. and etc lor. hhe

    1. mine is actually quite screw up, i eat balanced diet, den suddenly extreme diet, den binge again, this goes on for quite awhile, so hahha i also dunno exactly what is the real period. LOL heh thank you ^^

  2. Hi. I’m sorry but could you tell me how to brisk walk? I tried searching for videos about it but can’t find any proper one that teach you how to do so. Also how often and how long should i brisk walk? Thanks a lot =)

    1. hey babe, dun need to apologise! 🙂 basically brisk walking is just like walking but walking fast, and also move your hand like the way you jog, start by 30-45mins. 4-5days a week 🙂
