have been eating eggs for breakfast lately and I realised i dun get hungry as often, eggs give good protein and protein in the morning helps to speed up metabolism! good for losing weight 😀
BUT keep in MIND NOT TO EAT MORE THAN 4EGGS A WEEK IF YOU ARE HIGH IN CHOLESTEROL LEVEL, other than that it’s okay to eat 1 aday! 🙂
