BREAKFAST
200ml nutrisoy less sugar
2wholemeal bread with jam

LUNCH
2veg 1fish with rice

SNACK
1small slice watermelon & 1green apple

DINNER
cannot resist temptation. ate 2small chicken wing with only one side, skins off thorougly
abit rice and vegetables!

CONCLUSION
feeling hungry today, and keep biting my lips and i think my menses is coming. :
abit sinful eating the chicken but yeah i need protein so i’ll run away the calories later (;
