Am I ageing? I did a video sharing my favorite products for the month of January and I forgot to talk about it on my blog!
So anyway as I’m flying this end of the month.. (to TOKYO!) I’m sharing my March favourites earlier. I’m combining this with my favourites for February because I was away and I didn’t have the time to do a video. :/
So here you go! Click to play these 2 videos! Hoho.
These are the items I mentioned in my January favourites video!
1. Burt Bee’s Peach and Willow Bark Deep Pore Scrub
I have been using this for awhile now, really like this one alot. It’s not harsh at all and I like the smell so much! It’s $23 only!
I came to know about this while I was researching on another scrub from Burt’s Bees. That one wasn’t available in Singapore hence I tried this one.
The scrub contains Willow Bark and finely ground Peach Stone. To exfoliate , remove dirt and excess oil. My skin felt so refreshed and clean after using!
2. WASO Shiseido Gentle Cleanser
Like what the name says, it’s really gentle on the skin. It has this soft jelly texture where it makes my skin feel so smooth after using. And I sometimes mistook the smoothness as oiliness. (which probably explain why I mentioned I feel unclean initially on my video, haha)
I know lah very exaggerating right. But it’s very hard to explain. I just like this very much. I finished the whole bottle okay so I’m serious about it.
3. Rimmel London Magnifeyes Primer
One of my favourite brands at the moment, because it’s good and affordable. The Primer is retailing around $10-ish and it works REALLY WELL. I did a waterproof test on my instagram too! It’s amazing!
I even thought it was too good because it took quite awhile to remove my eye makeup that day.. LOL! Ok la not so bad. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND STILL*
4. Smashbox Lipstick – Driver’s Seat
There was a period of time where I spent one week on pinterest trying to find the perfect shade for myself. I nearly bought lime crime but I managed to convince myself that the colour that we saw online is always different and hence I didn’t buy it.
Lime crime is pretty exp eh. I might as well get Tom Ford! Still can’t bring myself to splurge on that yet.
So I shortlisted a few other brands/shades and I went to Sephora to find them. Alot of them wasn’t available in Singapore (I AM SO SAD!)
So after an hour or 2 in Sephora, I decided on my 3CE one (mentioned before already) and this Driver’s Seat from Smashbox.
This is my first Smashbox purchase. I really love this shade by the way! A rosy vintage tone, can be a little dark which I dont mind. But it’s not really transfer proof, well..
5. Waseyo Labelle Ultrasonic Cleanser
Super cool device! I like to use this because it feels like I’m having a mini facial at home. It would be awesome if your husband/bf/family can do this for you!
I like seeing the dirt on the plate! Awesome invention!
As for February and March?? I’m including non beauty/makeup items going forward!
1.Atopalm Real Barrier Cream Cleansing Foam
I am currently using this one and I got to say I really like it. It’s smooth and moisturising and doesn’t leave that dry and tight feeling on your face after using.
I usually talk more about the product on videos so it’s better that you watch it.
2. Medicube Red Cleansing Pad
Thank you Medicube for sending this to me. I REALLY LOVE THIS ONE! It is so good! It cleanses so well and one cotton pad is already sufficient for me to clean my whole face!
3. Banila Co – Clean it Zero
This is another product that I’m obsessed with too! It smells nice and cleanses really well. I only need abit of the balm to clean my face! I also love that my skin always feels so smooth after using!
4. Banila Co – Line Smoothing Primer
Probably my 2nd best buy in Seoul. This really helps to smooth out the lines on my face. However there’s one problem, my face would become a little oily after a long day. So now I try to apply lesser, less is more right.
5. Rimmel London Magnifeyes Eye Contouring Eye shadow palette
I love the blush edition. The shades are perfect for everyday use. The colour lasts the whole day even though it’s not pigmented. I wonder why? Use this with the primer for even better staying power!
6. Essence Volume Stylist 18hr Lash Extension Mascara
I use this together with my faceshop mascara and the outcome is amazing. Really lengthen my lashes! I don’t use it by itself though, it made my lashes clumpy and sparse.
7. Glasses
I bought this at Refash for $15. I thought it was very cool and perfect for days when I’m lazy to wear eye makeup. :p
8. Earrings
I bought this pair of earrings at Refash too. I forgot the brand but it was less than $5! I thought it was super cute! Look alot like toy earrings lol!
And that’s all for my favourites for the 3 months! Thank you for reading/watching. =)
