As you have already know…. I REMOVED MY BRACES! Actually now I’m not that excited already because I really hate wearing retainer. I have many small meals throughout the day and I have to brush my teeth alot of times until I’m having sore/coldsore/blisters on the sides of my mouth. haiz.. I sort of missed my braces because I feel safer and stable?
I shall show you some of the photos during my braces journey!

Hi Fany, I have a permanent retainer for my bottom teeth.. As for my upper teeth just a little shift but still alright. Are you on braces now or?
