Hi! Wait very long hor? hahha! I better update this space if not I’m going to lose all my loyal readers.
I was looking through my formspring questions and thought, okay maybe I should blog about this since it’s quite a common question. I’ve decided to get inspiration from my formspring for my article in case some anonymous starts saying Im influencing girls in a negative way.

‘What should I do if I really feel like snacking?
Just SNACK!
If you really got this super strong urge to snack, then just snack, but please do it sparingly. If you are determined enough, it’s best if you can eat fruits, but if you’re not, then just indulge abit.
If you suppressed your cravings for too long, you are going to binge one day, example finishing a whole big bag of chips which I used to do. ( I used to snack a few big bags )
From my experience, I do think that it’s super dangerous to hold that whole bag of chips to yourself, because you will just finish it.
You can probably put them in a bowl so that you will know how to control the intake.
If not you can just suck on lollipops and find something to do, you might just forget the craving! =D
