It was only when we reached amk, den we realised that the rain was so heavy, we couldn’t even get a cab, and so I bought an umbrella and we walked to PHOON HUAT PTE LTD. Thank god i called them up beforehand, if not it will really be a futile trip.
we took a cab back to my place and came out for dinner at northpoint food court, as usual ban mian the fav
forgot to take a picture of the brownie cake she baked, which is for her bf, turned out abit too sweet, and we actually forgot about cocoa powder. LOL. and the above cheesecake is baked by me, it is really nice, tedious but worth it. tested by be and his buddies and all said nice 😀 the final decor was ugly and i didnt manage to take any pictures of it, so this will do lah.. recipe was taken from: http://cooking.storyofbing.com/2009/02/bings-cheesecake/ ^^
