Weekly life update: 19th to 25th February - Washing machine flood, Went to Seoul, chiong work and moving to my new site.

Hi all, sorry my last post was a week ago. I was in Seoul and I didn’t scheduled anything for this week because I thought I might be able to publish them on my new site when I’m back.

There are still some work to do and I know nuts about all these wordpress shit. lol. Huge thanks to Leanne from MFP for helping me. I hope I can blog on my new site soon!! Like what my friends said, it’s time for me to move on and host my own site. Who says I don’t stay long with a company? I actually stayed 7 years with MFP LOL!!

There are alot of reasons why I am leaving, but I shall not talk about it. In this industry sometimes it’s best to keep things to yourself. 🙂 Do follow me on IG: claireaudreylim to get updates going forward!

Sunday 18th Feb 2018

Dear All Fernvale Rivergrove residents, do you have this problem with your house? Apparently there are cements inside our drainpipe and it always overflow when we wash our clothes with the washing machine. So poor Simon had to put his hand inside to see what the hell is going on inside there.

He wanted to use the drain auger he got from Kim Able but the design abit cmi la so he had to use his own hand. And guess what he found? CEMENT!! sigh.. If you experienced the same problem, come and talk to me on either instagram – claireaudreylim or email me @ dreylim1@gmail.com

On Sunday we always had lunch and dinner only, so I treated myself to a icecream cone from Chateraise. I am in love with their icecream now! 🙂 This chocolate cone is so creamy and yummy! Oh you see the blackboard behind? That is where I pen my travel plans! 😀

Today I also had to finish up 2 campaigns! So here I am doing my advertorials hehe.

19th February 2018

2 hours of sleep and we went to the Airport! Is this a new LV store?

I was so hungry and I got a siewbao from Wangz Cafe. I don’t know isit because I was too hungry or the siewbao is really that nice?? I am craving for it now. Can’t wait to go back to the Airport in March to get this!

The coffee was so bitter though hahhaa.

DAMN SHIOK.

And yay here we go to Seoul! Our first time to Seoul!! Honestly we weren’t looking forward to this trip. Yes we were excited for our holidays but not to Seoul because we weren’t a huge fan to begin with. My purpose here is to shop, ski and hopefully experienced snow!

In flight meal – Lunch! This is the best in flight meal I’ve ever eaten. The Bibimbap is so nice hahaha. and taste real..

That night we had korean soup for dinner. Love how they are so generous with their ‘xiao cais’. By the way I am just going to touch and go only okay. The actual travel posts will be up soon I hope.

20th February

Yay first time to skiing! Fall down so many times and I got so pissed because I can’t get up myself. The teacher had to help me up because it’s hard for Simon to help me haha. He would fall down if he help me. Then this guy still can ask me if my heart rate got accelerated when the teacher helped me? HAHAHA. Joke sial. Check out these huge ass heavy ski boots. God I really hate these! Why can’t I ski with my own shoes? hahaha.

My first time wearing my timberland boots. Pain die me.

Don’t you find this weird? I am skiing with my bag? I didn’t realize until I finish the whole lesson.

Hi I am really cold. While we were eating at the ski resort, Simon showed me the following photo.

I was worried because I really want to see cherry blossoms in March/April! We paid $1700 for Scoot you know. That’s expensive for Scoot. But anyway there are different types of Cherry Blossom so I think this is the one we saw in Taiwan last year.

21st February

Went to Gyeongbukgung palace. We didn’t wear Hanbok because it was so cold!! I don’t want to die in Seoul.

Then we had the famous ginseng chicken soup! Again, next time share more.

Got a wishbone!! And of course I made a wish hahahaha.

Also had tiramisu at Starbucks.

22nd February

Went to cycle at Gangchon Rail Park. Today we also visited Garden of Morning Calm, Petit france and Nami Island. AND GUESS WHAT IT SNOWED!! My prayers were answered!! I was so happy I tell you!!

I’ve seen Maple leaves and snow, now next is Cherry Blossom!

Had shake shack for dinner and was sad because there were no spring onions in my cheese fries 🙁

By the way the mascara I used is this one! Essence Volumn Stylist! I think it’s $8.90! Good very good! I don’t use this alone hor.. I use this on top of my faceshop mascara. 23rd February If you watch my ig story at claireaudreylim you will know that I was really pissed with this Auntie. She was so rude to me lor.

I wanted the pink jacket really badly by the way. The shop is at Gangnam Underground shopping center.

We also visited line cafe and other places. 24th February Last day in Seoul!

Went to Dongdaemun Design Plaza like finally. Actually it’s just right infront our airbnb hahaha.

I am starting to like this bear from Kakaotalk. He’s cute leh.

We had lunch at Aori Ramen! The concept is so similar to Ichiran!

Then it’s shopping time at Myeongdong! Went to Banila Co, Moonshot (got myself a lipstick and regret the colour I chose) and to Stylenanda Pink Hotel!

And then to the Airport, nearly late and watch wonder woman during our flight! The storyline is pretty lame but she’s hot luh..

And our breakfast at 220am.

By the way I booked scootbiz for my flight to Tokyo and I am really excited about it. HAHAHA! Although it’s different but well at least there’s something right.
