Video – watch it!
I’m all done with Japan, and now I’m here with Bali. I find it very hard to catch up with travel posts because I have to recap where I go and do and it’s not easy. Especially when this trip happened last year in July. 😮 But it’s okay because I love sharing my holidays!
Day 2 in Bali. First stop – Pantai Pandawa.
This place looks alot like Melasti Beach, but Melasti in my opinion is more peaceful and amazing. I visited Melasti Beach in November so you got to wait awhile before I write about it. lol!
We woke up at about 7am and this is how our villa looked like in the morning.
There are many ants and flies on the floor so most of the time I’m in the room. lol!
Wanted to take a shot sitting here but didn’t because I don’t know where that puddle of water came from. Many birds flew by by the way.
David is already outside waiting for us when I’m done preparing. We head to Pantai Pandawa right away with my sleeveless maxi dress. Sunburnt okay. I didn’t bring anything to cover my body.
Say Hi to Pandai Pandawa! The entrance fee is around $2.50 including driver’s parking fee for 2 person. ^^v
The sky is so beautiful there. Melbourne’s sky is damn beautiful too.
An overview.
view on the other side.
We were standing directly under the scorching sun. So hot can die.
He decided to squat down to help us take a #coupleootd. LOL. I overdress but I don’t care haha!
walked down to the beach and people checked out the beautiful sea! It is so blue!
Bali is really hot by the way. We were there in July so it’s like REALLY HOT.
The very soft and clean sand!
So beautiful!!
nice and relaxing.
It would be good if it was windy and cooling. But it was hot and hot and hot. So I didn’t stand there for very long.
No matter what I have to take a ootd. But I was like omg so hot.
My skin is already dying here.
Have to take a selfie because the lighting is too good.
Thank god I got a hat.
US!
view behind us.
Simon Tey walking.
Instahubby doing his job.
The shops along the beach. Abit similar to Patong beach in Phuket but Phuket is way crazier than here.
didn’t buy anything even though I was craving for coconut water. Walked around a little bit more and we went to look for David to take us to our next location which is
Padang Padang beach! A very popular beach and surf spot! The entrance fee for 2 person including driver’s parking fee is $2.50 too! I think it was free last time but now they charge!
It has a dramatic entrance! Looked like someone opened up the rocks to let people go through. I basically have to ‘go’ in with my maxi dress! Usually the rock path near the beach are all wet and slippery, so you got to be very careful here.
Once you’re out of the rocks? This is the beach! This place can be pretty crowded because it’s where, EAT PRAY LOVE was filmed at!
The water is so clear!!
So pretty!
It is a very special and small beach! A tourist, I think japanese? asked Simon to help him take a photo. haha.
Say hi to the 2 of them. lol!
If you’re wondering if this place is hot. Yes it is. VERY. I think it’s hotter than Pantai Pandawa.
This is such a perfect place for holidays. So laid back! If only I know how to surf. 🙁
Padang Padang beach is amazing because I feel like I’m in my own little world. The only sad thing is that it is too crowded. All the babes and hunks are all lying there suntanning. I’m glad I didn’t step onto them. LOL!
Pantai Pandawa is magnificent too but I find it a little too exposed for me. I like personal space more. :p
Will I return again? Probably no. Because I don’t do suntanning and surfing. :p
Anyway I shall stop here today. Don’t like it when the post is too long. In the next post I will talk about Blue point beach. We had our lunch at Single Fin and I really want to go back again!
So, till the next time then. 🙂
