On our last day, we only had like a few hours to spare. Victoria, Sydney, Joanna and I went to DiverCity Tokyo Plaza to shop and to buy some snacks back for our family, friends and colleagues.
DiverCity Tokyo Plaza is located at Daiba Station hence we just took a train from Kokusai-Tenjijo station to Daiba Station and this journey took around 16 minutes.
Passed by Calbee+ (Calbee Plus) shop but we didn’t buy anything. The shop offers freshly made versions of their famous chips and snacks and sometimes they sell limited edition items too!
Victoria and Joanna were still doing their shopping while Sydney and I went to The Daiba to buy snacks. We bought Tokyo Banana and Tokyo Banana Strawberry cake home. It was my first time trying the strawberry one. Very soft and same texture as the Tokyo Banana. The strawberry is slightly more expensive than the banana. I think I buy the banana for 1100YEN and the strawberry at 1500? Can’t remember.
We spotted this really cute looking cafe and when we got closer we then realized it is the Café de Miki with Hello Kitty!
This place is so cute and it’s the perfect place for us to have a high tea session on our last day!
Check out the soft toys on the seats and also the posters!
The cute entrance to the cafe!
the menu!
we ordered the second one with additional tea which costs about 2500Yen.
here’s me with my favourite melody! 😀
I looked so tired here omg. lol!
Check out the super cute table set up!
Our food is here!
mini egg mayo sandwich!
mini ham and cheese roll! omo so cute right??
wrapped in sweet wrapper style lol!
Continued going crazy with the cute things in the cafe and about 1 hour later, it’s time for us to go back to the hotel, pack our things for the last time and get ready to go to the airport.
Fast forward to Haneda Airport where we had Yoshinoya for lunch! I was so so so so so excited to eat this because seriously the Yoshinoya is 1000x better than our Singapore’s one BUT this outlet at Haneda actually disappoints me! It did not taste as good as I remember. 🙁
My beef don!
The Yoshinoya at Shibuya taste so much better!
I think I ate the most on the last day. Maybe because it’s the last day and I am coming back hahaha. The flight home was very fun, we shared alot more things and we laughed all the way back to Singapore. I was watching Go lala Go 2 on the plane and it is a really nice show. If you are doubting your current relationship go watch that LOL.
favourite plane food! LOL.
Here’s some of the stuffs I brought back.
and some of the snacks I bought. ^^ I bought almost all of them from the convenience stores there. Heard that the Galbo mini matcha is the best but I didn’t buy that. lol!
I still haven’t finish them but the cup noodles are all gone. SHIOK!
Finally I have come to the end of my Japan trip. I throwback throw until very tired. haha. I will be updating some of the posts again with some new information and next I will be continuing with my Bali travel posts! 🙂
Till the next time people! 😀
