ITS A BAD FRIDAY DID I TELL YOU?
i woke at 4.30am and i cant sleep, den i work and nua, den suddenly use my computer and saw that i kenna virus. WALIAO eh. today was suppose to be rest day because of my shoulder, then i need to go down RP again, well at least this journey did blast some minimal calories. but the good thing is i dont need to go down again because i did not bring my charger today. hoho! heng.
i did my workout liao, some add ons.
FOOD DIARY
breakfast: nutrisoy, 2wholemeal bread, 1soft boiled egg
lunch: turkey breast wheat subway sandwich without sauce – 260 nia leh ;D
snack – gonna go eat apple now
and dinner – gonna ask for grill and no sauce!
