We all know that fruits are loaded with vitamins which is good for our body and skin. But does it also apply to fruit juice?
Most of us preferred drinking than eating. For me, i feel that drinking fruit juice is much more convenient than fruits, and nicer even! Especially when there’s milkshake and smoothie, so hard to resisttttt….
But sadly, all the juices, smoothies, milkshakes and etc are not healthy and natural as compared to fruits.
They are loaded with sugar, sweetener, honey, milk and many more!!
Even the fruit juice in the supermarket, are loaded with sugar. Unlike real fruits, which their sugar content are natural!
And if you notice, their calories are higher as well.
So what do you think? Fruits or juices?
*im not saying that fruit juices are bad, they still have their vitamins but limit them because their sugar content are high* 🙂
