participate in shape run 2010 yesterday, from 11pm to this morning 10.15am. poor organization, thats what i can say, no more need for me to further elaborate. -.-
im really inspired by this event and the women. 😉
so from tomorrow onwards, im going to train myself to run more.see you next year MARATHON!
and my diet. needs to be balanced and healthy.
but most importantly, i will cut down on fast foods, fried, salt and sugar. and yes, i will never drink alcohol again and i’ll only eat one or two piece of chips from now 😉
more vegetables and fruits ;D
