COMPLEXION

lately, my complexion worsened a lot. pimples increased, pores enlarged, and worse of all, BLACKHEADS!!! (but im recovering now) 😛

you tell me who can tolerate this kind of **** ESPECIALLY if you are a woman? 😐 obviously, i cant just standby and do nothing and so i went in search for a good toner. i wanted to buy VICHY’s but was being psycho into getting another brand, AKNE by josephine.

other than the pore treatment lotion (left), i also purchased both the facial cleanser and mask.

i am ambivalent about my toner, why? because it does minimize my pores BUT causes tiny white bumps on my face, which mean my face is too dryyyyyy… :
at the same time, i have also stopped using the facial cleanser as im not applying makeup nowadays, SO the problem is with the cleanser or actually the toner?

anyway, im gonna do this experiment. i will only apply the toner at night, and continue using the facial cleanser, and i’ll reveal the results after 2weeks. 😀

note to myself: i am allergic to wholegrain bread. :

advise: drink 3canteen of waters aday, more if you are exercising. cleanse your face thoroughly ESPECIALLY after making up. apply toner and moisturizer! its a MUST. take multi vitamins and consume 2 types of fruits and 2serving of vegetables everyday!
