I want to go for teeth whitening! But I heard things like after the procedure, our teeth will become very sensitive. (omg I already got sensitive tooth!)
So that day I decided to do some research about Home remedies for whiter teeth.
Surprisingly, the articles seemed to have some common methods, one of them is actually
STRAWBERRIES! (which is one of my fav fruit! but it’s so exp)
The easiest method is actually mashing strawberries and rub it directly onto your tooth, otherwise you can crush it into a pulp, mixed with BAKING SODA (YAH I KNOW WTH RIGHT?) until blended.
After that we are supposed to rub onto our teeth! and Brush with toothpaste to remove the mix after 5mins!
(OKAY I KNOW IT’S QUITE WEIRD RIGHT, nvm, let’s move on)
There are also people who use peroxide on their teeth, claimed that it will be whiter. But I think I won’t use this method, because it’s some kind of bleaching agent, like so dangerous!
And there’s lemon juice where you mixed with salt to make a paste. (in my opinion! it’s so acidic, i dun wan my teeth to rot!)
there are still a few here, you must be thinking confirm unreliable HAHA.
Okay here’s what I think! (yes read on.. :p)
1st: Avoid caffeine and smoking!
Both of them are addictions, very hard right? BUT CONTROL ABIT LAH! limit the intake of coffee? tea and coke? cut down smoking? I believe you can if you really put in very HARD effort. (anyway, if your teeth is not very yellow or black you dun need cut down la later you say i force you)
2nd: Eat more fruits!
Yah again, buey sian HAHAHA. okay fruits are nutritious! listen to me eat more! skin, body, teeth ALL WILL BECOME GOOD!
3rd: FLOSS YOUR TEETH!
KEYPOINT HERE, START FLOSSING YOUR TEETH! FLOSSING IS DAMN IMPT OKAY.
flossing helps to remove bacteria and prevent tartar!
4th: a must in your daily routine! Brush your teeth in the morning and night
this is the least you can do, if not, then im really speechless la…
OKAY! so for someone like me who doesnt floss (cos im lazy obviously) actually went to get this!
