Baking – snickerdoodles! and the benefit of eating egg for breakfast

did some baking to cheer myself up and most importantly for my loverboy~ easy recipe and good treats for the holidays!

have been eating eggs for breakfast lately and I realised i dun get hungry as often, eggs give good protein and protein in the morning helps to speed up metabolism! good for losing weight πŸ˜€

BUT keep in MIND NOT TO EAT MORE THAN 4EGGS A WEEK IF YOU ARE HIGH IN CHOLESTEROL LEVEL, other than that it’s okay to eat 1 aday! πŸ™‚
